Many indicators pointing to Bulgarian ... but that font. It's different ... a bit larger than the norm?
No other visible markings that I could see. Not my pics so best I've got.

I will agree that from what we can see it is probably a Bulgarian made AK47 bayonet and scabbard. You are also correct that the numbers do not appear to be typical Bulgarian. These bayonets have been used by many different countries over the years. Maybe numbered for a specific contract or added by a downstream user. I am not familiar with anyone using that large of numbers. There is also evidence that both the bayonet and scabbard have been reworked / refinished at some time.

It's with a bunch of other edged weapons that I have a bit of an interest in ... if the price is right I'll grab the lot and have a closer look at it.
