The firearm module inside the knife handle has been replaced with a counterweight module

Fantastic purchase! One of the rarest of the rare. Well done, and a lovely example.
I think we're all looking for mechanisms for ours, never seen one turn up for sale. I still maintain these with the slot for the cocking lever are NRS, made to take the mechanism. The standard NR not having the slot where the filler goes into. But not sure if all NRS had the cartridge extractor cutout on the guard or not. Either way, congrats.

Thank you, Brian. I think a regular NRS-1 has aiming metal dots on the handle,There are grooves on the hand guard to assist in aiming, but my model doesn't have these two features. So I think the one in my hand is an NR-1
